Late night Suspicious roadblock caught on Camera

This is one of the best options when you have to prove something happened and you are the only person there at the time, Do not be caught unsuspecting.

Dash cam footage, a random roadblock in the middle of a highway (78 west before the turnpike) late at night.
No lights or hazards.

Both lanes blocked off.

Suspicious for sure, but no attempts were made to threaten or cause harm.

Just suspicious behavior.
